Holiday apartments of our own, not a listing
If you are looking for a holiday apartment in Valencia for a few nights or a few weeks, this is what we offer: three self-catering apartments of our own in the city centre, not a listing on someone else's platform. You deal with the owner, you pay no platform commission, and the price you see is the price you pay, with 10% VAT already included.
All three come with a fully equipped kitchen, which is what most of our guests end up mentioning in their reviews. That is the practical difference between an apartment and a hotel room: you can cook, do your laundry, spread out and actually live in the place rather than sleep in it.

A two-minute walk from the metro
We are on Calle del Norte 31, in the Extramurs district, right by the Turia Gardens. The Túria metro station is a two-minute walk away, with lines 1, 2 and 3, so the historic centre is a few stops away and you will not need a car.
On foot: the Turia Gardens in 6 minutes, Nuevo Centro shopping centre in 11, the Torres de Quart and the edge of the old town in 11, and the Mercado Central in 17. These are real walking times, measured on the actual route — not straight-line distances rounded down.
Pets welcome, parking on request
Guests travelling with a dog are welcome: we accept pets. There is also a parking space available on request, as a paid extra, which is worth arranging in advance if you are driving into the city.
A change of bed linen and towels is included every week during your stay, at no extra cost. And you can leave your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out, during office hours, so your first and last day are not spent dragging suitcases around.
